Cover Girl is a social initiative aimed at empowering women in a professional context by equipping them with the simple but vital skill of reaching out to potential employers. The project addresses the issue of confidence and representation faced by women who are seeking new economic opportunities. Consisting of a series of templated cover letters, the project hopes to combat inequalities between genders by helping women take the first step – applying for employment. By facilitating employment for women, the project’s objective is to not only empower women but also create a positive impact in the socio-economic fabric of the country.
